האתר ilaispak.com מופעל על ידי עילי ספאק (WEBSTACK). המדיניות הזו מסבירה בפשטות איזה מידע נאסף באתר, למה, ומה הזכויות שלכם.
איזה מידע נאסף
- פרטים שאתם שולחים בטופס בצ׳אט: שם, אימייל, טלפון (לא חובה) ותוכן ההודעה. אנחנו שומרים גם את שפת הדף ואת המדינה שממנה הגעתם.
- מידע טכני בסיסי: ספק האחסון (Cloudflare) מזהה את המדינה שלכם לפי כתובת ה-IP כדי להציג את האתר בעברית או באנגלית, ושומר יומני גישה רגילים לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.
- העדפות בדפדפן: השפה ומצב התצוגה (בהיר/כהה) שבחרתם נשמרים בזיכרון המקומי של הדפדפן (localStorage) בלבד, ולא נשלחים אלינו.
האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות פרסום, בכלי מעקב או בפיקסלים של רשתות חברתיות.
למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
רק כדי לחזור אליכם בנוגע לפנייה שלכם ולנהל את הקשר העסקי איתכם. לא נמכור ולא נעביר את הפרטים שלכם לאף אחד לצורכי שיווק.
מי מעבד את המידע
הטופס נשלח דרך Make.com (אוטומציה) ונמסר לתיבת המייל שלנו ב-Google Workspace. האתר מאוחסן ב-Cloudflare. ספקים אלה עשויים לעבד מידע מחוץ לישראל, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
כמה זמן נשמר המידע
פניות נשמרות בתיבת המייל כל עוד הן נחוצות לטיפול בפנייה ולקשר העסקי, או כנדרש על פי חוק.
הזכויות שלכם
אתם יכולים לבקש לעיין במידע שלכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו בכל עת. פשוט כתבו ל־ilai@webstack.agency.

Privacy policy
ilaispak.com is run by Ilai Spak (WEBSTACK). This page explains, in plain words, what this site collects, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- What you send through the chat form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message. We also record the page language and the country you visited from.
- Basic technical data: our host (Cloudflare) detects your country from your IP address to show the site in Hebrew or English, and keeps standard access logs for security and operations.
- Browser preferences: your language and light/dark choice are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.
This site uses no advertising cookies, trackers or social media pixels.
How we use it
Only to reply to your message and manage our business relationship. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions pass through Make.com (automation) and arrive in our Google Workspace inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Israel under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Just email ilai@webstack.agency.
